Return window<\/h3>

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

We accept returns when<\/h3>
  • The product arrived damaged<\/li>
  • The product is defective and our team cannot fix it remotely<\/li>
  • You received the wrong product<\/li><\/ul>

    We do not accept returns when<\/h3>
    • The return window has passed<\/li>
    • The product has physical damage caused after delivery<\/li>
    • The product or any of its parts is burnt<\/li>
    • The print head is damaged, or prints show head lining<\/li>
    • Accessories, manuals or original packaging are missing<\/li>
    • You changed your mind after using the product<\/li><\/ul>

      How to request a return<\/h3>
      1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 98247 77778 or email puppybyteprinter@gmail.com within the return window.<\/li>
      2. Share your order ID, and photos or a video of the product and the problem.<\/li>
      3. Once approved, pack the product in its original box with all accessories.<\/li>
      4. We will inspect the product after we receive it.<\/li><\/ol>

        Refunds<\/h3>
        • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.<\/li>
        • Refunds are issued after the returned product passes inspection.<\/li><\/ul>

          Orders from Amazon, Flipkart or other marketplaces<\/h3>

          Returns for products bought on a marketplace follow that marketplace’s return policy. Warranty support is still provided by PuppyByte.<\/p>
